I don’t grok how you miss the aspect where the original poster attempted to keep the values and interests from changing to the point where they are in conflict, and tried to move the dial to the right position, and then when it turned out that it had gotten considerably worse, bailed. You attack them as being a part of the problem — but this person was actively trying to reduce and remove the problem, for which you give 0 credits. Then you go on a tirade about how awesome you are and how you quit jobs the minute they conflict with your stuff — and when I note that “if a company is broken, attempt to fix it on the inside instead of quitting”, you say “I’m not sure if you understood my point”. Are you sure you understood my point? :)
