all i gotta say is please re-format your post so that the commands you are talking about are in Code instead of so that the double-dash changes into a "thought-line" due to the fancy formatting.

this formatting makes it impossible to copypaste it in, as it comes out as

git pull origin - rebase

which will then lead to errors.
